Sylvain Landry works with his sons, equipment manager Frédéric and herd manager Nicolas, who make up the farm’s third generation. The enterprising trio owns 1,500 heads of cattle, including 850 dairy cows—of which 750 are lactating. They also grow 3,300 acres of corn, soy and oats.
